FIRE 30 and SCULPT 30! and stretch 10! wooot. It BURNED.

I pushed even harder to make sure that I panted more, and I really did more left lifts and higher jumps!

The FIRE drills really burned. my goodness

Then I did 100 squats with the 8lb weights!!

Woot! I really worked on the positive talking throughout my EZfire55! I had to keep telling myself " I can do this, I am happy, I am strong" and I smiled A LOT. And guess what? I got through it MUCH BETTER than the last time!!! Less breaks!

I also did squat #95!! and stretch 10!

FIRE 45, a bit of weights, and stretch 10!


I just feel like everything inside of me is just so incredibly happy, that my skin is just containing the sheer happiness that is exuding from every pore, every fibre of my being. I want to cry, nad sing, and tell the entire world that I have never been more in love. To feel your words " I love you Rebecca" radiate through my entire body; from my heart, to my arms, and to my fingertips and toes... to feel those words sink into the deepest recesses of my heart and soul and to know that you meant every single word that you stated, and that you said it with such sincerity and gratitude... is just putting me into such a state of sheer joy that i am rambling with words trying to tell you how thankful I am for having someone such as yourself in my world, in my life. You complete me. Every single area you are the missing piece. And to one day be your wife is not just a destination, but a journey that I long to have. Because every moment up until this point has brought nothing but growth, love, and hope. We edify, treasure, encourage, build up and believe in one another. I just never, ever, imagined that a love like this could exist in this world. I am just baffled that a love like ours is so real, and tangible, and true. I am completely and utterly baffled. We are what those love songs DREAM of being. We go beyond any rhyme or poem. You are my best friend. My partner. You know me as I know you. And I just want to continue knowing you more and to make you feel so incredibly loved. You have also touched a part of my heart that I never imagined ever being touched.

but GOSH. insane abs was so hard this time around. my thighs were BURNING and when i did the power jumps, it felt as if my thigh muscles were so tight that they couldn't extend!!!

DAY 28

I think I told myself 4 times today " I just cant work out!" and " im tooo tired" but then when i did the pushup challenge and the 30 squats, that rush of my heart rate gave me the momentum i needed to combat fire55!!!!

ALSO

and i can do 20 pushups without stopping! what a difference from a month ago when i could only do 5!

WOW 27 days so far on this fitnesss routine. Its been a hard but amazing journey so far

I notice my food needs are rising, and I am needing to eat more and more.

today I did FIRE45EZ and stretch 40

and goodness, what I hate most about FIRE 45 EZ is the kicks. I feel like my legs are like jelly and just want to give way!

BUT I did it!

I also noticed that my BM's are so good now. Not too soft, not too hard, just... right. I KNOW! TMI! but a good GI system means better health outcomes!
I think this is due to the shakeology

Day 25

Gooodness! I took 2 days off because of feeling fatigued and busy with exams and today trying FIRE 45 EZ was exhausting!

I took two breaks and couldn't complete the last  8 minutes. My legs felt like two huge logs

And BOY the sweat that poured down my face. It was insane!

But good. I am glad I worked out :)

and i think over the holiday I will do the 3 day cleanse!

Not only are my workouts more intense because I am sinking into deeper lunges, deeper squats, and higher jumps... but the heating in my house is under lock and key, making my room SO HOT. I attempted to cover the vent... but gosh... i sweat!

day 22

Yes, I did measure correct and I have indeed lost 1 inch! its harder to loose more though, I find... and maybe im just stressed from school that I am more tired.

Yet today I did progress through and finish quite a lot of school work and am still going strong

I did HIIT 20 today and p90x biceps and back. I realize I need to buy 10 lb weights now... the 5 lbs are no longer a struggle for me

also, HIIT 20 was tiring, yet, my heart rate was not as high as usual... maybe im used to it now?

day 21

Ommmg today I had to take lots of breaks in fire ez 45! BUT I am so happy i completed it! my thighs burnnned. I then did stretch 10 and ab ripper p90x!

Below are my calorie totals today. I still do not know how much all that exercise burns, but im sure it does burn a lot! I was DRENCHED. My face feels tight from salty sweat... yummm.. LOL

But I am still missing 240 calories... i dont know what to do about those!

Day 20

I had completed fire 45 and it was sooooo hard to endure, but i did it!!

then p90x ab ripper

and then stretch 10

I also realize I need to up my calorie intake to near 1800 per day, so i had to buy nutri bars to suplement more calorie intake

this is expensive! LOL

also i was wrong about my measurements!

im at 81.5 cm lower waist line

and 48 cm in my thighs

So happy today! I really felt demotivated yesterday but today I woke up at 6, studied till 930, and did HIIT25 and P90X ab ripper and stretch 10 :)

then im going to shower and review all i studied

then in the evening work out my arms and back after another 4 hr study session :)

day 17

So I regret having fish and chips yesterday. It made me feel awful and very sick, since ive been so used to eating healthy food. I was so bloated, and i even feel as if i added on weight just because of how bloated i felt

So, i decided at 1130 pm to do fire 30 and almost all of insane abs... but then i got very dizzy and so I stopped

So that taught me a valuable lesson: resist the garbage oily fatty foods because it really does affect you, even just one sitting.

Day 15

So I realized that I was under eating yesterday! My calorie intake should be around 1500/day

And i met this requirement! woot.

I also completed fire 30 which, when i began to really focus and concentrate, my body began to ache sooo badly.

I also did insane abs with my new shoes, which added weight and made it more difficult. EGADS!

But I endured!

day 14

Today was very tiring. I think my flu shot got the best of me.

Anyhoo, I stook to 1200 calories today and did only insane abs, because i felt too tired to do cardio

but tomorrow is a new day!

day 13

I was fighting hard to complete fire 45, Until my knee began to really hurt 30 minutes or so into it. So, I decided to just stop and do insane abs and stretch 10.

I realized that maybe my shoes are finally wearing out, so, I LUCKILY found another pair for sooo cheap but the same great company: Saucony. So that made me glad. and then sears also had sport bras on sale. woot.

So yes, I feel that everything is going according to plan.

day 11

21 days to make a habit
3 days to break it

I usually cannot work out wed because i have class all day, and thursdays because of clinical.

Whereas today, friday, I felt so incredibly worn out. Nonetheless I just forced myself and succeeded!

What is even better is that I pushed through insane abs more than before, really contracting my core and I felt the pain intensify!

So I did HIIT25, Insane Abs and stretch 10

Today I also started Shakeology. I made a peanut butter one.

I also made a veggie/fruit shake with kale, spinach, carrots, radishes, mango nectar and raspberries

I also had oatmeal

1 egg with tomato spinach and two slices of toast

and now ill have a bananna and orange, and then some pasta I made the day before with a pan tossed chicken breast

Day 10

I pushed through and completed HIIT 25! I was DRENCHED with sweat! But I did it...

However, my legs felt like jelly... so I was only able to complete half of insane abs because I just felt exhausted... I listened to my body and did not push it more than what I can handle.

I already feel and see so many changes! My core has decreased by a cm! woot

Today I had a bowl of regular oatmeal, with milk and a tbslp of natural jam

Now I am having 1 apple, 1 strip of well cooked bacon, a whole grain bagel with two slices of tomatoes, 1/2 c spinach, and 1 egg

So, since today is jam packed with things to do

6am-8am i did 4546 research

8-815 my 4526 forum

830- now--> dsouza oncology modules

12-2 4516 readings
3-4-- cnsa form

4-5--> practice 4546 presentation

I have decided that inbetween I take exercise breaks and work on my arms and core!

Day 9

I decided to create a blog to keep me accountable but also track my work outs

I know that a lot of people assume that since im so small and tiny that I do not need to work out-- but I am not happy with my body and I want to be stronger, fitter and comfortable to wear anything I want.

I know with Nursing I will need to be stronger for my patients, so, I am going to be using a combination of exercise videos to get me going.

Today: I completed Insane Abs, HIIT20 and Stretch 10.

I already see my legs becoming stronger since I keep them absolutely straight during Insane Abs

So I am so happy and I hope to continue pushing forward!
