I pushed through and completed HIIT 25! I was DRENCHED with sweat! But I did it...
However, my legs felt like jelly... so I was only able to complete half of insane abs because I just felt exhausted... I listened to my body and did not push it more than what I can handle.
I already feel and see so many changes! My core has decreased by a cm! woot
Today I had a bowl of regular oatmeal, with milk and a tbslp of natural jam
Now I am having 1 apple, 1 strip of well cooked bacon, a whole grain bagel with two slices of tomatoes, 1/2 c spinach, and 1 egg
So, since today is jam packed with things to do
6am-8am i did 4546 research

I have decided that inbetween I take exercise breaks and work on my arms and core!
