day 27

WOW 27 days so far on this fitnesss routine. Its been a hard but amazing journey so far

I notice my food needs are rising, and I am needing to eat more and more.

today I did FIRE45EZ and stretch 40

and goodness, what I hate most about FIRE 45 EZ is the kicks. I feel like my legs are like jelly and just want to give way!

BUT I did it!

I also noticed that my BM's are so good now. Not too soft, not too hard, just... right. I KNOW! TMI! but a good GI system means better health outcomes!
I think this is due to the shakeology
                                  my kale, spinach, blackberry and raspberry shakes
