Happy 50 to meeeee

fire 55 ez class. 2 min plank ( held it for 1.10 then took a few second break and did another 20, then another small break and the remainder) and challenge 10 ( 25 standing calf raises!)

day 49

fire 30 and tone 30! I felt the burn in my arms. OH MY GOSH. killer

day 48

rest day! BUT I did 2.30 plank and the challenge for the day!

fire 30 and sculpt 30! with more intensity!

day 46

Core 20 and stretch 40! with 3 days worth of challenges complete! woot.
but since i missed yesterday i hope to do fire 55 in the evening or later today


I killled it!! I did fire 55 ez class and I ONLY TOOK THE DESIGNATED BREAKS! my heart is getting stronger!! and i gave more intensity. I now know the routine so I can give it all I got. I went lower in my lunges, higher in my kicks. Ah I feel amazzzzing!!
