I decided to create a blog to keep me accountable but also track my work outs
I know that a lot of people assume that since im so small and tiny that I do not need to work out-- but I am not happy with my body and I want to be stronger, fitter and comfortable to wear anything I want.
I know with Nursing I will need to be stronger for my patients, so, I am going to be using a combination of exercise videos to get me going.
Today: I completed Insane Abs, HIIT20 and Stretch 10.
I already see my legs becoming stronger since I keep them absolutely straight during Insane Abs
So I am so happy and I hope to continue pushing forward!
