3 days to break it
I usually cannot work out wed because i have class all day, and thursdays because of clinical.
Whereas today, friday, I felt so incredibly worn out. Nonetheless I just forced myself and succeeded!
What is even better is that I pushed through insane abs more than before, really contracting my core and I felt the pain intensify!
So I did HIIT25, Insane Abs and stretch 10
Today I also started Shakeology. I made a peanut butter one.
I also made a veggie/fruit shake with kale, spinach, carrots, radishes, mango nectar and raspberries
I also had oatmeal
1 egg with tomato spinach and two slices of toast
and now ill have a bananna and orange, and then some pasta I made the day before with a pan tossed chicken breast
