So I regret having fish and chips yesterday. It made me feel awful and very sick, since ive been so used to eating healthy food. I was so bloated, and i even feel as if i added on weight just because of how bloated i felt
So, i decided at 1130 pm to do fire 30 and almost all of insane abs... but then i got very dizzy and so I stopped
So that taught me a valuable lesson: resist the garbage oily fatty foods because it really does affect you, even just one sitting.
